Before E3 starts later on Tuesday, Nintendo will unveil its plans for the show during a "Digital Event" that will be livestreamed on its web site. Ars will be on hand to liveblog the event at 9am PDT (12pm EDT; 5pm UK time) on Tuesday, June 16.

Aside from Mario Maker and Yoshi's Woolly World, which were first announced at last year's E3, there are few sure thing known quantities for the Wii U to be discussed during this event. The Legend of Zelda for Wii U will probably be discussed, but with its recent delay into 2016 it's unclear how far along that game is to be shown. Then there's Shigeru Miyamoto's Star Fox project, which was mentioned without many details last year but could be ready for a fuller debut this time around. We can also expect a lot of 3DS news, including the potential for another new Pokemon title.
