During Google's huge October 4 event, the company announced a slew of new "Google" branded products that have been slowly trickling out to consumers. We've already seen the launch of the Google Pixel, Google Home, Daydream VR, and the Chromecast Ultra, but there's still one product from the event that hasn't hit the streets yet: the Google Wifi, a mesh router system.
We're getting closer to release. Preorders for Google Wifi are now up at the Google Store, Best Buy, Amazon, and Walmart. This is also the first time we've seen a solid launch date for the product: most sites are showing a ship date of December 5 or 6.
