Xbox One X: Everything you need to know

Moving from its usual Monday morning slot to Sunday, Microsoft kicked off E3 2017 with the Xbox One X, the console formally known as Project Scorpio. Sporting six teraflops of processing power—two more than Sony's PlayStation 4 Pro—the Xbox One X (X1X?) pushes 4K gaming to the living room for a hefty £450/$500.

Alongside the Xbox One X, Microsoft unveiled a whopping 22 console exclusives (timed or otherwise), countering criticism that few compelling games have launched on the Xbox One compared to the PlayStation 4. That list included the likes of Forza 7, Metro Exodus, and Anthem, a new Destiny-like sci-fi shooter from Bungie and EA.
